DUSTIN HAISLER / SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Dustin Haisler is Chief AI Officer and US General Manager at Darwin AI, where he helps governments turn AI governance into practice through visibility, policy guardrails, and responsible adoption. He is the former president of e.Republic, where he founded the GovTech 100, the most widely recognized curation of govtech companies in the market, and co-founded the Center for Public Sector AI. His career spans open innovation, crowdsourcing, QR codes, open source, cloud, and AI. A 2019 Eisenhower Fellow, Dustin began in Manor, Texas, as CIO, Assistant City Manager, and the country's youngest appointed municipal judge at 22. His work is featured in Gavin Newsom's Citizenville. He serves as program faculty for Texas State University's Certified Public Manager program and on the board of Good Governance Worldwide. A two-time TEDx speaker, he speaks and advises on AI governance, Exponential Leadership, and the future of govtech.
